Use Siri to open a recipe and in-app voice while cooking.

## Ask Siri for a recipe

Try “Open my cookie recipe in Saffron.” Include Saffron in the request so Siri knows which app to use. If several recipes match, choose the one you meant. Using a distinctive recipe title can help.

## Check your shortcuts

Open Settings → Siri & Shortcuts in Saffron for examples and shortcut controls. Refresh shortcut parameters after changing your recipe collection if Siri is not finding a recipe. You can customize a shortcut in Apple’s Shortcuts app.

## Speak inside Saffron

In-app voice and Siri are separate. Enable the microphone and speech permissions when prompted. Optional Hey Saffron listening requires on-device recognition and pauses when the app is inactive or other audio is playing.
